Introduction
These terms govern your use of ForSec AS services and website. By using our services, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Use of Services
Our security services are delivered as described in your service agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Accounts
To use certain services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials delivered through our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to ForSec AS. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services in accordance with the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
ForSec AS is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or data loss beyond what is covered by applicable Norwegian law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the customer portal. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved at Aust-Agder District Court.
